1. Payment Options

1.1. You can choose from the following payment options for deliveries, unless otherwise stated in the respective item description:

- Payment by PayPal

- Payment via Klarna

- Payment with credit card

Express Payments:

2. Delivery

2.1. Your order will be shipped via Deutsche Post, DPD, DHL, UPS, Hermes, GLS

2.2. All Lyric's Jewelry orders are shipped from Germany via a parcel service. Unfortunately, collection is currently not possible. T he delivery time** varies depending on the destination and the shipping method.

• The delivery time** Within Germany is approx. 1-2 working days
• Within the EU (incl. UK) is approx. 3-4 working days
• To North America is about 4-7 working days
• Shipping to the rest of Europe takes about 3-4 working days.
• Shipping to the rest of the world can take approximately 6 to 10 working days.

3. Shipping Costs

We ship worldwide. Attention: The shipping costs vary depending on the destination and the shipping method.

3.1. Germany

For shipping within Germany, we charge a flat rate of EUR 4.90 shipping costs per order if your order does not reach the free shipping order value. From a gross order value of 49.00 EUR we ship FREE.

3.2. In the EU

For shipping within the EU (incl. UK*) we charge a flat rate of EUR 9.90 shipping costs per order if your order does not reach the free shipping order value . From a gross order value of 99.00 EUR we ship FREE. 

3.3. Rest of Europe*

For shipping to the rest of Europe, we charge a flat rate of EUR 15.50 shipping costs per order if your order does not reach the free shipping order value . From a gross order value of EUR 150.00 we ship FREE.

3.4. North America*

For shipping to North America , we charge a flat rate of EUR 18.95 shipping costs per order if your order does not reach the free shipping order value. From a gross order value of 150.00 EUR we ship FREE.

3.4. Rest of the world*

For shipping to the rest of the states we charge a flat rate of EUR 25.00 shipping costs per order if your order does not reach the free shipping order value. From a gross order value of 200.00 EUR we ship FREE.

*In the case of cross-border deliveries, additional taxes (e.g. in the case of an intra-community purchase) and/or duties, e.g. in the form of customs duties, may apply. These are to be borne by you.

** The exact delivery time depends on many factors and is subject to the parcel service. The delivery times listed here are only suggestions. We accept no liability for the possible delay in delivery. Due to the pandemic, deliveries may take a few days longer. It can also take up to 7 working days if we get a lot of requests. Like in the Christmas business, for example.
