What if I don't like something?

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason . The withdrawal period shall be 30 days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you takes possession of the last goods.

Can I exchange goods?

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to offer you an exchange of goods. However, you have the option of returning your order to us within 30 days of receipt. As soon as your return has reached our warehouse, you will receive your money back. Then simply re-order the products you want.

How do I return something?

Returns for orders from Germany

Customers from Germany who wish to make a return are requested to please log in to our website https://account.lyricsjewelry.com with your purchase account and select the items in your order that you wish to return. Upon receipt of your return request, we will confirm it and then send you a return slip. Please pack the items carefully and send them to the shipping company. Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will initiate a refund.
