As soon as your package has left our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation from us via email or SMS.

9. I WANT TO MAKE A WARRANTY CLAIM. WHAT DO I HAVE TO CONSIDER?
- Defect or damage caused by improper use or negligence (e.g. impact, fall, glass scratches)
- Defect or damage caused by improper repair or alterations to the piece of jewelry
- Visual changes that occur as a result of normal wear and ageing (e.g. minor scratches, discoloration and flaking of the coating)

- Contamination of the product also does not constitute a warranty claim
- Please contact our customer service and include the following information in the email:
- name
- Order number and proof of purchase
- Photo of the defective item - Our customer service will first check the picture to see whether the defect is covered by the warranty.
- In the event that it is a warranty case, you will receive a free return slip to send the item to our complaints and warranty department.
- Please also fill out the warranty application completely and put it in the package. The application is used to allocate your return and is therefore extremely important.
- Our warranty department will examine the case within 7 days of receipt of the goods and, if necessary, will repair/replace the item free of charge.
10. DO I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS DUTIES?
All Lyric's Jewelry orders are shipped from Germany. For this reason, there are no customs duties or import taxes within the EU .
These may apply outside the EU . For deliveries to Switzerland, for example, customs duties are usually only charged for goods worth around €150 or more. However, it is important to note that import sales tax still has to be paid. 100% of the customs duties go to the customs authorities of the respective receiving country and must be paid by you. If you refuse to accept the package, customs duties will still be charged. These will then be deducted from your credit if the package is returned by UPS or DHL, for example.

How long is the gift voucher valid?
Our gift cards are valid for 2 years from the date of purchase.
Can I redeem my gift voucher during the sale?

Can I return goods paid for with a gift card?
Yes. The value of the goods will then be refunded to your voucher. This means you will have a valid voucher again, which you can also redeem within 2 years.
