1. Payment options

1.1. You can choose from the following payment options for deliveries, unless otherwise stated in the respective item description:

2.1. Your order will be shipped via Deutsche Post, DPD, DHL, UPS, Hermes, GLS

2.2. All orders from LYRICSJEWELRY.COM are shipped from Germany via parcel service. Unfortunately, collection is currently not possible. The delivery time** varies depending on the destination and the shipping method.

• The delivery time** within Germany is approx. 2-3 working days.
• Within the EU it is approx. 4-7 working days.
• To North America is about 6-10 working days.
• Shipping to the rest of Europe takes about 6 -10 working days.
• Shipping to the rest of the world can take approximately 10 to 15 working days.

3. Shipping costs

We ship worldwide. Please note: Shipping costs vary depending on the destination and shipping method.

3.1. Germany

For shipping within Germany, we charge a flat rate of EUR 3.90 per order, provided your order does not reach the free shipping limit. For gross orders over EUR 49.00, we ship FREE OF CHARGE.

3.2. Shipping in the EU

For shipping within the EU we charge a flat rate of EUR 9.90 per order, provided your order does not reach the free shipping limit . For gross order values ​​of EUR 99.00 or more, we ship FREE OF CHARGE. 

3.3. Rest of Europe*

For shipping to the rest of Europe we charge a flat rate of 16.90 EUR per order, provided your order does not reach the free shipping value . For gross order values ​​of 200.00 EUR or more, we ship FREE OF CHARGE.

3.4. North America*

For shipping to North America , we charge a flat rate of EUR 19.95 per order if your order does not reach the free shipping amount. For gross orders of EUR 200.00 or more, we ship FREE OF CHARGE.

3.5. Rest of the world*

For shipping to the remaining states We charge a flat rate of EUR 30.00 per order for shipping if your order does not reach the free shipping value. For orders with a gross value of EUR 500.00 or more, we ship FREE OF CHARGE.

*For deliveries across EU borders, additional taxes (e.g. in the case of an intra-community purchase) and/or duties, such as customs duties, may be incurred. These are to be borne by you.

We accept no liability for possible delays in delivery. Due to the pandemic, deliveries may take a few days longer. It may also take up to 7 working days if we receive a lot of enquiries. For example, during the Christmas season.
