MY PACKAGE IS DAMAGED OR THE CONTENTS MISSING WHEN I RECEIVED IT. THEN HOW DO I DO?
It rings but annoying! We would like to apologize for this inconvenience. Since we have to file a damage or theft report with the respective shipping courier in this case, we must now proceed as follows: I. Please contact our customer service. ATTENTION: A theft report must be made within 7 days for national shipments and within 14 days for international shipments of receipt of the package. II. The email should contain the following information: - Order number & name - Pictures of the package received. - Has the package been repackaged? III. The package should now be taken to the nearest post office for inspection. IV. We will then submit a written damage report and, if necessary, send you a new, flawless package with reservations.
I RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
In the rare case of an incorrect delivery, we ask you to take the following steps: Please contact our customer service and send us pictures of the incorrectly received item (state the order number). For a better allocation, we ask you to indicate the note "wrong delivery" on the return slip and to return the item. You can then drop off your package at the nearest post office. We will refund you for this item.
IS AN EXCHANGE POSSIBLE?
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges. However, we do offer the option of returning items within 30 days of receipt. As soon as your return has arrived safely at our warehouse, we will immediately refund the amount and you can simply place a new order.
CAN YOU GIFT WRAP MY ORDER?
Yes. We are happy to wrap your order as a gift free of charge and enclose a greeting card with your personal text in the shipment. During the ordering process you can leave a message whether you would like us to gift-wrap your order.

DO I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS FEES?
All Lyric's Jewelry orders ship from Germany. For this reason, there are no customs or import taxes within the EU . Outside the EU, these may apply. Deliveries to Switzerland, for example, usually only incur customs duties for goods with a value of around €150 or more. However, it is important to note that import sales tax is still payable. 100% of the customs fees go to the customs of the respective receiving country & must be borne by you. If you refuse to accept the package, the customs duties will still be charged. These will then be deducted from the credit note in the event of a return, for example by UPS or DHL.

We process your order very quickly. The package is usually delivered within 24 hours. For shipping within Germany we charge a flat rate of 3.90 EUR per order for shipping, provided your order does not reach the free shipping value. We ship FREE of charge for orders over 49.00 EUR.

We usually ship your order via DHL with package tracking . For tracking, simply enter your consignment number and the current status will be displayed in the package tracking. In the next step you will receive all important detailed information about your package. If you are not at home, you can use the preferred delivery services to adjust the delivery date or location according to your needs.
